How you get back in depends on your role
Users: send a reset request. An administrator sets a temporary password and gives it to you. Your two-factor authentication is reset too, so you set it up again at your next sign-in.
Administrators: a reset link is emailed to the personal address on your account (email is not configured on this server yet), or use one of your backup codes.
